Q.
What do I do if I live in a community that does not allow sales? Or do not want people in my home?
A.
We have a solution for people that live in gated communities, apartments, or condos that do not allow sales or do not want people in your home. You can choose to hold a private sale or we can conduct the sale at another location.
Q.
What if I do not have enough for an estate sale/antique and estate sale?
A.
If you only have a few items to sell, we can place them in an upcoming larger Estate Sale or Antique and Estate Sale that would be appropriate for your particular items.
Q.
How do you know what to charge?
A.
We use our expertise and a group specialists which we have worked with for years. We ensure you receive a accurate and fair market value for your possessions.
Q.
What are your fees?
A.
Our commission is typically 40% of the gross sales. Our fee includes per-sale organization and pricing; staffing on the day of the sale and internet advertising. There are other services available, which we provide at an extra charge, if requested or deemed necessary to provide you with a successful sale. There are no upfront costs. We also offer cleaning services for an additional charge.
Q.
What happens after the sale?
A.
After the sale, all unsold items are yours. After the sale we can help you determine the best approach of clearing/disposing the remaining items that did not sell. You can either choose to use our cleaning service or choose to keep, donate, or consign them at a local shop.
Q.
When do I receive payment?
A.
You will be provided the proceeds of the sale, minus our commission, approximately 45 days after the conclusion of the sale.  It will be mailed to you, or you may collect it at our shop.
