    Our fall sale consisting of excess items from previous estates, jewelry, and select items that we were unable to introduce in previous sales from Gulfview and Bayshore estates.

    Please bring bags, bubble wrap, tissue paper or boxes for carrying your fragile purchases – we do not supplies these as we are not a retail store. Please bring assistance to carry large purchases, in the event you do not have help, we do offer help to carry items to your car/van/truck, but we are not responsible for any accidents in doing so; we are careful but sometimes accidents do happen and are not to be held responsible.

    *PLEASE NOTE* Items are sold “As Is” with no warranty or appraisal included, implied or stated. If you want an appraisal, you must arrange said on your own with person of choice at our location.

    Cash, Checks ($30 fee for returned checks), Credit Cards (3% service charge, AMEX 4%). 7% sales tax unless you are tax exempt, and tax receipt form is provided at time of purchase.

    You must take items at time of purchase or by end of sale on Sunday at 6PM. Deliver (at the purchasers expense) is available, please ask at check-out for contact information. Done Deal is NOT responsible for any item left after purchase – it is best to take the item the same day.

    Also, we are happy that you are excited about our sale, but please understand that we cannot take calls at this time (or during the sale) to answer questions about what we have, as we are hard at work getting ready (or working the day of the sale).  It’s best if you come by and take a look for yourself, as it’s always better to see it in person and be pleasantly surprised at the treasures you will find.
